We will provide you with hands-on skills and tools to start feeling better while working toward long-term relief and solutions. With therapy, you get out of it what you’re willing to put into it, so your active participation is required to see results, and your counselor will guide you throughout the process.

The key to effective treatment is a good relationship with your therapist. If you click and feel comfortable with them, you will experience the healing, change, and relief you crave. If you don’t feel your therapist is the best fit for you, please let them know, and they can help refer you to someone else that may be better for you, or perhaps they can make some changes to help you feel more comfortable with them. Open communication with your counselor, including giving them feedback, is encouraged.
