Hi! Are you going through a chapter in your life where you are looking for some support? Maybe you are experiencing a job/ career change, relationship struggles, or just feeling stuck and overwhelmed and not quite sure why.
Many people experiencing transitions may feel lost, unsettled, or simply unhappy. Previous traumas likely come into play during present times, causing stress and unwanted feelings. Together, we can work through these difficult situations with resolution in mind.
I have been involved with therapy for 10+ years because I have experienced the benefits of healing, and this passion brings me to you. I have a background in helping others with relationship struggles, processing trauma, and being a trusted resource for healing.
Finding the right therapist can feel scary, but I will help take the fear out of it. I offer a complimentary 15-minute phone call to see if we are a good fit to work together. Thank you for your time. I am looking forward to speaking with you soon!
